Can I put in my own personal message to the recipient?
Yes, you can indicate upon checkout your personal message (if any.)

What are the delivery charges like? Is there an express service if I need to make a last minute order?
Delivery is included in the price. The daily cut-off time for same-day orders is 11am to ensure we have sufficient time to craft every bouquet ordered for the day. Unfortunately we will not be able to fulfil any order that comes in after 11am. 

Will the flowers be fresh when they reach the recipient?
Yes, we buy the freshest flowers from the flower markets every morning and should last 3-5 days in cool conditions and clean water in a vase at home.

I need the flowers delivered at a specific time, is this possible?
You may indicate your preferred timings but unfortunately our routes are planned to minimize transit timings for the bouquets so it reaches you as fresh as possible. We will try to cater to your preferred timing but it would be subject to our delivery schedule and we would not be able to make any promises.

Will my flowers look exactly like the picture?
The pictures shown serve as a guide for reference purposes, and we will strive to you give you a finished product that is as close as possible to your choice. However, flowers are a natural product and are subject to seasonal and supply variances, and so we will pick the freshest blooms in season for each bouquet. In the event of a substitution, we will pick blooms of a similar value.

Can I get a refund or do an exchange if the bouquet does not meet my expectations?
If you have any problems with the bouquet, do contact our customer service team at hello@theflower.co and we will do our best to tend to any issues you might have with the bouquet.

Can I customize my own floral arrangement/flowers/colours?
We are only able to offer the products that are listed on our website at this point in time.

How can I make payment?
You can make payment using a credit/debit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX. Payments are handled by Paypal for your protection.

What are your operating hours?
We are an online store so you can place an order on our site 7 days a week, 365 days a year! But we’re humans too so we need to rest nights and weekends - so if you need to reach us, it’s Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 6pm.

Where are you located at?
We are an online business so we do not have a physical store.
